My Daily Supplement Routine for Women Over 50
Introduction
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become much more intentional about my health — especially when it comes to energy, digestion, and overall wellness.
At 59, I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years. Some worked, many didn’t. What I’m sharing here is my current daily supplement routine…the ones I actually take consistently and feel make a difference.
This isn’t about taking everything. It’s about supporting your body in a simple, effective way.
My Daily Supplement Routine (What I Take & Why)
I like to keep my routine focused on a few key areas: energy, gut health, foundational nutrients, and healthy aging.

As we age, energy naturally declines, and supporting our cells becomes more important.
These are the supplements I use to support energy and cellular health:
